Hi there, I can build the staff check in app as you described. It would be a responsive web app. Admin would have be able to create users and manage the filters when an email will be sent. I feel this should be per user but I would need you to confirm this, as I imagine there are shifts so not everyone is expected to press it at the same time. Alternatively, I could build this as an android app with a web app backend/admin, I will need to know you preference on this. I have quoted for a web app both the backend and the staff screen/button, I guess if you decide to go with android app + web backend I would be happier to code if I increased the price by ~50 NZD, but then again, if the budget is tight I am happy to do it for the currently quoted price.
