Transport/Courier Booking Software in PHP

We want a fully-featured web-based software to be made for us in PHP, HTML, Javascript for our transport/logistics/courier firm. The features we want to be on the whole site are: 1) Agent/Admin Login 2) Dashboard 3) Master Database: In this, we should be able to add, edit and remove data from the following: a: Agents b: Vehicles c: Drivers d: Branches e: Stations 4) Billing/Package Booking and Managing Facility: In this, the agent can create a new invoice/Parcel Book, as well as manage previously created bills. 5) GST (Tax) Invoice generation. 6) Driver Challan/Receipt Creation. 7) Report and Statistics generation. 8) Notification menu. 9) Blacklisting of customers. And soo on... An in-depth draft of total site design and requirements is attached to this project. Kindly review the document thoroughly before submitting your proposal. Project Rules for the freelancer: The developer must code and send the software files to us or set up a demo site for testing. We want the whole site to be made in HTML5 and CSS with PHP as backend and Javascript as the browser scripting language and MySQL as the database. There can be some last-minute changes We might ask for later before the completion of the project. The developer must stay in contact with us so that we can give instructions properly. We are using PHP Version 7.3.6 and MySQL version 5.7, thus the developer must code the scripts to support the respective versions. One more requirement that we have for the booking feature (which would be a dynamic feature) i.e., Rate By weight and volume calculation. Our firm has separate rates as per the weight (in Kgs) and Volume (as per cubic foot LxHxW) of the parcel, and the invoice must be generated at the rate that is highest. For example Rate per Kg is Rs. 10 and Rate per cubic foot (ft3) is Rs. 50. So if a parcel is 10kg and 1 ft3 then the higher rate of 10kg @ Rs. 10 should be applied and on the other hand if a parcel is 10kg and 5 ft3 then the higher rate of 5 ft3 @Rs. 50 should be applied to the bill. Project Duration: We are expecting the project to be completed within 2 months (60 days max) or sooner. So if the freelancer is confident about the timeline, only then post the proposal. Project delivery: After the whole project (site) is done and approved by us, the developer shall create a .zip archive of all the files (source code) of the latest approved site, and send it to us. The archive must also contain the .sql file of the tables of the database to be created in our MySql database. The developer must remain in contact and ensure that the site is working fine and as expected on our server as well, to conclude the project fully completed.
