Very Simple Ecommerce app for blackberry and android

I need someone that able to create a very simple app for ecommerce in both blackberry & android , maybe iphone in the future if needed, but for this moment only for android and blackberry. and looking forward to work together in a long term. i'm currently have a project for creating an app for the local store in my area , this app is not for my self, im planning to sell or rent this app for future store client So im looking for a partner to run this business where i do the sales, and you create the app and the web admin for them. So everytime the store buy or rent our app, you will have a share in income as well. here is the breakdown of my plan : 1. I need a website format to list how many client we have , this is a site for us to manage our client so you also can overview your monthly income from here (OPTIONAL). -adding a new client & removing current client (login, password, etc) 2. I need an mobile friendly website for a store admin, this is a site for our client • each new client will be under our sub domain • there will be a login panel on the front page • product tab (where admin can upload and removing their product) - uploading photo (auto resize into mobile standart size) - long description - stock (optional) •Order tab this is where the pending order from their customer will be listed - listing each order with ability to sort it by : name, date, etc - inside the single order there will be a name of buyer, item name & price, buyer address, and total bill. - ability to change the order status from pending to finished. •Order achieve tab (here where the finished order go) •contact tab where our client can put the information about their contact •announcement tab , where our client can put their announcement 3. I need an app for blackberry (OS 5,6,7,10) and android for their customer. • login & registration form • after login : - Simple listing for product ( as simple as the list of pictures in group in BBM) • Inside the page of product there is add to cart features, photo of product, name and long description. - order button - Dropship features where the buyer can put another address than their primary address ( this feature need to able to turn it on and off from admin page) - Cart and check out ( we dont need a payment process) - push notification if admin upload a picture (if possible) • announcement tab from admin • announcement tab from us as the developer • contact tab for admin 4. if possible, i need a site for our client as well, so when their customer come from different mobile phone than blackberry & android, their customer still able to browse their product from web. we dont need a wow design for the web, very basic design will do the job as long as their customer can use the website like as in using their application. there might be some other features needed in time. i dont need a wow design, what i need is an app that are running fast, stable and doesnt consume alot of phone resource in both blackberry and android. and need to be fast in fixing the bugs if happened i cant guarantee how much client i can get, please name your price for adding each new client in your [login to view URL] looking for cheapest bid. again, this is for long term partnership where anytime i sold the app, you will get the share as well, and also we will charge them for monthly hosting cost as well and you will get the share as well. what do i need from you in the future ? •make their website and app online in our vps when there is a new client •fix the bugs when it happened •manage our vps (if possible) •tailoring the features if our client need more feautures (if possible) i will do the sales, promotion and customer service etc, so this is more into partner ship than one time project. if you are scared that i abused the prototype, you are allowed to host the prototype into you own hosting , once the prototype online, i can use it as our demo.
