Vicidial, Voip Setup and Asterisk Configuration and set up

My client is needing a gifted freelancer to set up Vicidial, VoIp and Asterisk on ubuntu server 16.04. We also need a very detailed set up guide, written manual for installation for Vicidial, VoIp and Asterisk on ubuntu server 16.04 (including all terminal commands etc.). This system will be set up on an Amazon EC2 instance running Ubuntu 16.04. We also require a very indepth tutorial video putting together for future use. This video must cover all installation steps including errors fixes that we might encounter during the set up, any thing that is required to get this working on an EC2 instance. My client is in need of freelancers who has a very good knowledge of spoken English as this video will be used in future training of our employees. Thank you and happy coding.
