First of all, WhatsApp doesn't provide any API that can be used to implement your requirement. So I propose a solution based on web.whatsapp. I have implemented a similar solution that sends bulk messages to WhatsApp contacts and that can be modified to achieve your goal. I have done it in C#. If VB is mandatory I can do in VB. The cost estimate is: 1. Bot script for whatsapp web, to search the contact - 200 2. Read and parse the file that contains phone numbers - 50 3. Generate output file with contact phone numbers and names - 50 4. Source code - 100
