Manufacture a Product for me

I am looking for a manufacturing company abroad specific locations are : China, india or Taiwan. Any location with affordable rate of operation are free to bid. Well, I am planning to do a bottle water and portable water. I have the designs for bottle and portable water. Though my designs are not 3D drawings, but it can be arranged if that will be a hindrance. I am looking for an affordable manufacturing company that will create/make the mould of the bottle for me, imprint my designs on the bottle water, and portable water. The bottle water will be made from scratch, any other question will can answered when the project is awarded. I am looking for company that has ample experience in brand making, bottle building and design printing. You must have a web site. reachable contant, portfolio of last or past relating project, and required skills to build my bottle. I have a vision of the type of brand i want to sell and i need someone who is well grounded to understand. Please feel free to bid. Also, I plan ordering 1 million bottles and portable water. If the product is of quality. Please note that I will demanding sample orders first. Which will contain 10 bottles for each brand. I have 2 different bottle waters and 1 portable water. Also, I will demanding for the mould of the bottles, for future expansion of my brand. The budget for this project is negotiable.
