Create a signature recognizer with Python

Regarding project: Thank you for the samples, though, there are 2 queries: 1) Is there a database (or needed for storing) of signatures that is used to compare and find the same in the documents and verify the user? 2) Or, you just have to compare signatures on 2 or more documents, and find that they are the same in all of them? It was a machine learning based application. The assessment part was a front-end in this. Platform: I'll develop in Python 2.7 on Linux, and create a standalone package on github.
