full stack developer needed - prototype development

Hi, Looking for someone to support a project that will combine electrical engineering, app development, and web app development. The goal of the project will be to: 1) Recommend and implement actions to improve the speed, and efficiency of a custom Bluetooth recording device 2) Recommend and implement improvements to improve the stability and efficiency of an iPhone app. In addition, add additional functionality, and remove bugs as recommended 3) Recommend and implement improvements to improve the structure and functionality of some code written in Python. a. Goal will be to use existing script to develop a knowledge graph. The python script calls APIs from Microsoft Azure, IBM Watson, and Google BERT 4) Develop a web app dashboard that will collect information from the iPhone app and python script and display it on the webapp (and on the iPhone app) Need someone who can devote some time to this over the next 2-3 weeks. Would like this individual to be a great Full Stack programmer with expertise in Python and experience working with ML, NLP, and the APIs mentioned. Task Python code changes: Functional code in python. We need to structure it better, get better outputs. In addition need to make the code parallel so its doing multiple tasks at the same time. Will need to do some statistical analysis etc. The goal will be to get this code provide information to be presented in the Web App Task Web App development: The goal of this task will be to build an analytical dashboard and will be a WebApp based interface for the user. The dashboard will pull data from a cloud hosted database (.csv) and will present information for the user. The data for the user will be compared to other user data and will need to go through various calculations (ranging from simple arithmetic calcs., to regressions, and more advanced predictive analytics). Goal will be to use (plotly) libraries, or any others that you can recommend The three components of the Webapp will be: 1) User log in 2) Ability for user to input some data 3) Graphs that will be generated using data from a database. The database is already developed. There will be ~30 graphs, and some of the graphs will require calculations to be done (i.e. linear regressions, histographs etc). PREDICTIVE ANALYTICS, MATHEMATICS PROGRAMMING EXPERIENCE NEEDED Overall flow will enable user to log into the WebApp. Once logged in, the User's ID will be captured via the log in and graphs will be displayed that present the users information and statistics. In addition, some of the graphs will also aggregate non-user data and compare it to the user's data. Task blue tooth device development Have a custom made Bluetooth device that is uploading recordings slow. Would like to improve it – if you can propose improvements that would be amazing. Task iPhone App Need to make the app more modular, and need to make some adjustments to the code to increase reliability and functionality
