If the data to train the network is available and i can use my tools for implementation (numpy, scimpy, graphlab SFrame) than it should not take long.

I have implemented RNN and CNN for speech recognition adn sentence classification. I have used Keras and Theano to implement models. Hello: My proposal is about to implement a Theano-based neural network. Here is the rough schedule (to make the plan more concrete, I need more detail): 1. If your model is not complicated, it takes me 1~2 days to implement the network, otherwise 2~5 days (it really depends on the complexity) 2. To train the model, it really depends on the problem and the data you have. I have done project about deep learning using MLP, CNN, LSTM based on theano before. Also I have implemented Deep Q-Network to play atari game. This is not a hard work to implement multi layer neural network for me. This is my first work being a freelancer if you give me the chance.
