Linux, Apache, Postgresql, pgadmin4, Python and Django - set it up!

Hi, This project is to build an up-to-the-minute document on how to install the above software suite on a fresh Ubuntu 20.04 install. The document is to be read and tasked by a novice user. Although the instructional procedure you specify would probably work on a number of the Ubuntu varieties, the best variety at this point is Ubuntu Mate 20.04. The installation procedure needs to be very specific about each package that needs to be installed and to take care of any warnings or special considerations as they arrive. For example, in the Django install, a notice comes up to inform that the script sqlformat path is different to the PATH variable in the default installation. These issues should be discussed and directed in the document. A solution needs to be effected. Nothing should be left hanging. The commands involved and their results need to be shown in the document. Singular commandline commands and their responses should be shown in the document (as opposed to a single command to install many things at once). This would also show what packages that have been suggested are going to be installed. eg. $ sudo apt-get install virtualenv ... The following additional packages will be installed: python3-appdirs python3-distlib python3-filelock python3-importlib-metadata python3-more-itertools python3-virtualenv python3-zipp The following NEW packages will be installed: python3-appdirs python3-distlib python3-filelock python3-importlib-metadata python3-more-itertools python3-virtualenv python3-zipp virtualenv ... Your document needs to show and explain where to setup the virtual environment for Django and pgadmin4. This installation will ultimately be on a Virtual Machine of Linux Ubuntu Mate 20.04. There is one user called Administrator at the moment. If more users are advised this is something you need to advise. Your document would be composed as a LibreOffice Writer .odt document. It will be properly presented with headings and styling that is appropriate. The document will be an A4 in landscape mode with 1.5cm borders. The project is complete when the installation is performed smoothly at this end. Thanks.
