Building a health sensor project using raspberry pi 3 python3. Breakdown of project integration includes
1) pulse sensor (heartbeat) with ADC (ADS1015)
I used the example provided below, however I wasn’t able to get the correct bpm. Problem is shown as attached(can be found in comments of website)

2) temperature sensor (mcp9808)

3) GSR sensor (probably also with ADC (ADS1025))
Yet to begin (however online source are all arduino based, much help needed)
Ultimately, the sensors are used as a warning system. (E.g heartbeat > resting heartbeat, temperature > 37.5, gsr voltage output increased) 1 warning (minimal risk), 2 warning (medium risk), 3 warning (high risk). Something along the line.
Like to take this step by step. First to resolve my pulse sensor issue. Thanks
I'm an experienced developer with a keen interest in the Raspberry Pi. I've worked on many Pi related projects using various input/output boards.
I don't have exactly the same sensors that you are using - so I would need to purchase those to insure the correct implementation. I would be very interested in working with you on your health sensor project.
there is an actual reason why most of the source is for the arduino, the pi is a microprocessor, using real time sensors like your needs directly to the pi isnt the best way, we will need a microcontroller inbetween the sensor and the pi to get the best results, feel free to text me ill explain in detail the reasons for it. and yes i can make what you need.
