Data Extraction : Scavenge candidates profiles with various file format like PDF and Word and extract the following set of data and generate the CSV file. Phase I: - File Name - Candidate Name - Email Id - Phone - Address - Certifications Phase II : - Name of the University - Year of Passing - Candidate Title (Architect, Developer, DBA etc.) - Primary Technical Skills (Java, .Net, AWS etc.) - Professional Certification - Empoyer1 - Empoyer2 - No of Years of Experience Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence : - Identify fake Profile (Actual No. of years of experience does not match based on year of passing, DoB etc.) - Identify fake Profile (Candidate is claimed to be Java Full stack developer but does not have relevant experience) Rate or score candidate based on the following criteria : - No. of Years of experience - Relevant experience based on the type of the projects worked - Certification - Job title and candidate Title Analytics : Generate Graphical Reports with bar chart on the following: - No. of Resumes Scanned - No. of Fake Profiles - No. of Relevant profile - Bot recommended best candidates among the scanned profile - Score of each recommended best candidate - Why should company hire Bot recommended candidate The type of training data for data extraction : - Resumes with Word file format - Resumes with PDF file format Job Description (this will be provided once the data extraction phase is over)
