Greetings from ADOSS Solution!! We are currently looking for candidates for Freelance for our ADOSS Solutions in Bangalore Please find the JD mentioned below for your reference. Roles & Responsibilities We require freelance recruiter having own PC and net connectivity to work from home, and can devote minimum 5 hours a day. We will provide 25 - 30% (net of taxes) commission per successful candidate placed. Candidates having experience in recruitment industry is preferred. Fresher’s are also welcome Desired Candidate Profile:  Should have proper knowledge of contacting and hiring candidates * Should have proper understanding of online marketing, search engines, bulk mailing and Job Portals (Like Naukri, Monster, Shine, Times Jobs, Recruit4Job etc.) *Sourcing candidates through various sources like Job Portals, References, Cold Calling, etc for various client requirements *Conduct preliminary interviews before presenting the candidates to the clients  Should be using any of the above said Job Portals  Proficient in handling manpower planning & recruitment, orientation & on-boarding, employee engagement activities, reward & recognition system, discipline management, talent management, executive development performance management, competency mapping etc.  Should have excellent Communication Skills.  Can work effectively in a target oriented environment.  Preferably Graduate Females
