Chain of Title Search and Deed Printing

REQUIRED: YOU MUST BE LOCATED IN OR NEAR AUSTIN TEXAS USA TO COMPLETE THIS TASK. You will be tasked with going to Travis County Property Records office, and using the index microfilm to locate and then print all deed transfers for a property located in Austin Texas. It will require you to make an appointment by emailing the recording office of Travis County. The task will require 2-4 hours of your time, and I will need the deeds printed starting with Wenonah Aslett who conveyed the subject property in 1979 to Barbara Muse (see attached Warranty Deed). The property is 501 Park Blvd Austin TX 78751. It is also referred to as North 87 feet of of Lot 1, and the West 25 feet of Lot 2, all in Block 3, Ideal Place, a subdivision in the City of Austin Travis County. You will check the grantee indexes each year (78, then 77, then 76, and so on) for the name Wenonah Aslett until you find an index line whereby Wenonah Aslett purchased the property. When you find that index, pull the deed and print it. Then, identify the person who sold it to her, and search the grantee indexes going back, year by year, to see when that person purchased the property. The goal is to have deeds for the property that transfer from person to person going back to 1920. There are very helpful people in the Recording office that will help you. It will take about 15 minutes to figure out the system, then you will be going very fast since the index page is the same to search for the same each time. Once you learn to navigate, you'll be able to check each year in 2-3 minutes.
