Customize Resco Mobile app to replace FSL Mobile app on a Salesforce Instance

Due to the limitations on the offline functionality on Salesforce FSL Lightning Mobile app, we need to replace it with a solution that is functional in offline mode. We have used the Resco Mobile app successfully in the past with Dynamic CRM and we understand that it will interface successfully with Salesforce. Information on the Resco App is available at [login to view URL] High level overview of required functionality is as follows Salesforce Objects required on Mobile App • Accounts • Assets • Service Contract • Work Orders • Service Appointments • Products Consumed (Linked to Products and Price Books) • Payments 1. Direct link for user routing to appointments via google maps 2. Technician logs Arrived On Site and the Service Appointment is time stamped in the Actual Start date time field. Status updates to In Progress. 3. If the work proceeds the technician will perform the following tasks on the app a. Review the Work Order notes for instructions on work and charge payments b. Check and update the Account / Service Contract Asset where appropriate c. Add products consumed to the order – products are associated to price books which are associated to the Work Order. d. Where necessary to edit unit price on Products Consumed. Editing prices may change the amount due by the customer – this calculation should be made by the app and update the appropriate line item and grand total fields on the Work Order. e. Where there is a payment due, the technician will collect the payment. Payment can be made by Cash, Cheque or Card. Cash and Cheque Payment are created as Cash Payment and require an amount, payment method and date received. Card payments are processed by sending a payment link to the customer by email or SMS. Ideally when online this will be executed from within the app, otherwise it will be executed from the device browser. f. If a payment is entered where there is no outstanding Work Order total, technician will be prompted to check product pricing and then re-enter the payment. g. Where no payment is included or the payment is less than the total of the order, the technician will receive a reminder that all payment are COD. h. Technician can add text notes to the order where necessary i. Technician will add photo attachments to the order j. Technician logs Complete Work and Service Appointment and Work Order status is updated to Completed and Actual End Time date time field is timestamped. 4. Where the work doesn’t proceed the user enters the appropriate Appointment Status and the Actual End date time field is timestamped.
