Simple Email Notifier of of LinkedIn Contacts' New Connections(repost)(repost)

I would like to have developed a simple web service which allows a user to:

1. Sign in via LinkedIn account ([url removed, login to view])

2. Select which LinkedIn connections which user would like to track

3. Runs a routine daily which emails user the new connections for all of connections in his network.

Effectively,

**I'd like to mimic the service <[url removed, login to view]>**, EXCEPT instead of alerting which when users change jobs, I'd like to **alert with a list of those new connections that selected connections have made**.

Basically, I am interested in the new connections specific people in my network have recently made.

I am not launching this as a public web service, but rather would utilize it privately.
