Make NSIS installer script for a Windows service program

We need a programmer experienced with NSIS (Nullsoft Scriptable Install System to create a windows installer for a simple program we have. The program package has like 9 files. We need the following automated while a user is installing the windows installer that will be developed: 1. Since our program requires that the user has Windows Server 2012-2016-2019, the installer has to intelligently pre-check the user system to see if the user has Windows Server 2012-2016-2019 installed. Otherwise, it will terminate the installation and prompt the user that his operating system version is not supported. Our application does not support non server systems. 2. I will provide the program icon file (.ico) that will be used for the program desktop and start menu shortcuts. 3. I will provide the necessary files and bat file that installs and uninstalls the program. 4. The installer should do both install and uninstall. User should accept the EULA. 5. The installer should get some of the parameters and create an [login to view URL] file based on the inputs during installation. Inputs are parameters like host, prefix, server, user, ....all of which will be provided by the user to an input box. There will be around 10 parameters to get from the user and written to a config file. 6. Installer should install below components - Postgresql Database - install - connect to database server - create a database - create tables on it (these scripts will be provided) - RabbitMQ (zip files and its powershell script will be provided) - Erlang (zip files and its powershell script will be provided) - Two windows services (will be provided separate zip files) 7. In case of an already existing database, user should select either using the existing one or create a new one. 8. Both NSIS script and the installer exe must be delivered.
