Magento webshop with layout and Dutch language and iDeal

Hello, I am lloking for a professional who can instal a fully working magento webshop on my server. I have a sample off how it must look. The primary language on the website must be Dutch! People must be able to go to the site on a different domain as well and then see the english version! The site must be SEO friendly with good urls as well but i think that is standard in magento... Also people must be able to do a wired tansfer, pay by paypal or creditcard and very important IDEAL must be included, this is a dutch pay method that is much used in holland and must be included. everything that people see in the frontend must be dutch or easy to edit in the backoffice / cms. Also conformation emails must be easy to edit. The site contains a flash header (see sample off layout i wish) in wich the language primarly is dutch.
