New e-commerce site for Italian Market

I have just launched a new e-commerce site (using Magento Platform) to target the Italian market selling bomboniere. i need top ranking on google's first page for some keywords. (starting with 5-10 keywords or phrase) Please indicate what kind of results you can bring to the website -- ABSOLUTELY NO BLACKHAT OR GREY HAT METHODS, ONLY WHITE HAT METHODS. -- Google guidelines must be followed and no way should be compromised. - Only white hat, experienced SEO should bid. - No spam method can be use - No black hat and other unethical SEO Spam techniques. - No use of automated software or bots. - No links from under construction pages. - No java links, jump scripts, framed pages, redirects, cloaking, CSS redirects, 301 redirects, dynamic links, flash sites/pages, hidden links, no string parameters, etc. - No link farms, link exchange programs, and web rings. - No paid traffic sites. - No banned sites, porn, gambling, violent, illegal sites, etc. You must be very sure and explain exactly your method to do this. Need someone with a proven track record I will provide a list with the first 10 italian competitor, in order to understand and "push" my web site in the first position We a looking for a person which can Improve SEO for Google in particular. The web site is in Italian Language so we a need to be on google Italian version. We would prefer someone who knows the Italian market and can speak/write in Italian and that has experience with Magento. We also need someone who is available to start straight away and full-time.
