Need some Minor 2 to 4 changes and customization in Shopify -- 2

Cost: $15 Time: 3 to 4 hrs today I am looking shopify Designer or developer wo can do some customization as per reference site. these are some minor design changes but it needs custom coding experience in shopify to change sections and make custom changes. Here are changes that I need into my site similar to reference site: My site url: [login to view URL] Reference site: [login to view URL] Here is below task list: 1) We need to arrange header content on top header area like reference In my site right now Cart, login and search icon is in same line where logo exist. I want to move these into top header area like reference site top header: Join Now top text should we need to put on bottom newsletter section like reference. 2) Adjust my site video section so that should exactly work(when you click) like reference video section 3) Products Area Design need to change background color and circle images like reference we need. 4) Footer needs to make responsive for all small and big devices and similar column look like reference Only looking affordable as this is very small task and hardly will take 1 or 2 hrs.
