Request for Quotation (RFQ): Social Media Content Creation for Enigma X - Hype Phase
Introduction:
Enigma X, a pioneering brand in the luxury art sector, seeks a creative partnership for developing innovative social media content. This RFQ is the starting point for what we anticipate to be a long-term collaboration, beginning with our 'Hype' phase and potentially extending to future projects.
Aspirational Marketing Styles:
Our marketing approach draws inspiration from brands known for their impactful and creative styles, such as Apple, Aesop, Tesla, Cartier, and LVMH. We aim to mirror their elegance and innovation in our social media presence.
Scope of Work:
Initial Engagement: Content creation for the 'Hype' phase.
Platforms: YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, Facebook.
Duration: 2 weeks (December 26th, 2023, to January 10th, 2024).
Objective: Build excitement, intrigue, and anticipation through visually captivating content.
Requirements:
Brand Understanding:
Familiarity with "Company Brief" and "Enigma X Brand Book."
Ability to align with the sophisticated aesthetics and innovative standards of our aspirational brands.
Deliverables:
9-10 main posts and 15 additional assets for stories and website use, tailored for the listed social media platforms.
Minimum 3 rounds of iterations for each piece of content.
All content finalized 10 days prior to posting.
Collaboration and Feedback:
Openness to mutual feedback and creative input.
Skills Required:
Experience in creating content for diverse social media platforms.
Proficiency in AI tools, Canva, and other software to optimize workflow while maintaining high quality.
Submission Guidelines:
Portfolio showcasing previous work, preferably in the luxury art sector or similar fields.
Proposal outlining approach, initial ideas, pricing structure, and preferred workflow methods.
Quotation for the 'Hype' phase project.
Example of Information Provided for Content Creation:
Message to be conveyed.
High-level instructions and similar visual/audio examples for reference.

Evaluation Criteria:
Creativity & Brand Alignment: Ability to create content that aligns with Enigma X’s luxury ethos and the sophistication of our aspirational brands.
Quality of Portfolio: Demonstrated capability to produce high-end, visually appealing content.
Pricing Structure & Workflow Efficiency: Reasonable pricing and efficient use of modern tools like AI and Canva.
Project Understanding: Clear understanding of the project's scope, objectives, and platform-specific nuances.
Deadline for Submission: 2nd December 2023
