Social Media Marketing Help Getting promotional leads so I can give away a FREE grill

Here is the promotional text and a marketing image to go along with it. I am trying to drive more traffic to my forum and get people using it. I set up a promotion to help encourage users to want to do that. Please let me know your thoughts and a rough cost estimate. I need good "white hat" promotion techniques that are not include spamming. I am also not interested in paid advertising like adwords. I am looking for relevant social networking ideally.
