EMG Data analysis and Plots

I need code to analyze and plot, the values & averages for 3 sets (pre, during, post) of data. Statistical analysis will then lead to plot these data sets as standard bar plots with Std deviation bars etc.... I will also need the code to do a t-test to compare the pre & post data sets to see if the difference between the 2 is significant and to calculate the correlation between the stimulus & the change seen in post data set. All analysis will be done on several .txt files generated by me. All that is required is to do the required analysis and plotting. ## Deliverables I have folder filled with data collected from human subject EMG analysis. Each folder will contain a folder called analysis. In this analysis folder are 2 files, [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] I wish to make several plots of MEPtraceextensor data. Figure 1) plot of all the MEP traces on top of eachother 2) A plot of the average MEPtrace signal with +/- 1 standard deviation overlayed 3) A plot of the Pre and And post Average signal plotted together. 4 A plot of pre and post together with each of their std deviations overlayed. Each plotted line should be in a different color and the std deviations lines should be dashed lines. All graphs should be labled with their proper title. Pre All, Pre Avg, Pre vs Post, etc... and have legends that state what each line represents. For the AnalysisExtensor file I also need several figures. If you open [login to view URL], you will see a summary of all trials for the baseline. Each column represents a trial, while the rows represent: (1) trial number of the current condition, (2) overall trial number within the baseline, **(3) peak-to-peak MEP amplitude, (4) background EMG,** (5) Silent Period, (6) x-coordinate of coil, (7) y-coordinate of coil, (8) z-coordinate of coil. 1) A bar plot of column Figures: 1) a bar plot of row 3 with a std deviation bar, a bar plot of the column 3:column 4 ratio with std deviation bar., a bar plot of column 4 alone with std deviation bars. Figure 2, 3,4 ) a bar plot showing the above plots from pre and post bars side by side. As usual all plots should be titled and axes labeled with legends on the figures. Statistical analysis: I wish to to a t test comparing the pre and post differences in Column 3 vs column 4 ratio, column 3 only, MEPtrace averages. All numerical values should be saved into a new .txt file and all figures saved into the Subjects folder.
