AutoLisp code improvement OR Python with AutoCAD usage

Hello, I have over 6000 .gml files that hold the data about cadastrial polygons needed to import to AutoCAD. I have .lsp application that does exactly that, but it can only import one .gml file by one. Since it is too much job to import it one by one, I need someone to rearrange the code in lisp script to loop over all .gml files in a directory and do everything else the same as in the code (it's probably few lines of code). So, script runs in the way to call it in a command line "gml2dwg"..then you need to input "k" for the next prompt, and then select .gml file. I want it to loop "k" for all files in a directory. The other way is (if possible) help me find a way to use AutoCAD commands (which is also this script when it gets loaded) and loop with python through the files. The attachments are an example of .gml file and a .lsp file. P.S.!! APPLY TO A PROJECT after you've already done the modification of the script and if it works you'll be awarded.
