Convert asp.net core app to service fabric web app

Pretty basic really. I've bougt a responsive app, that has an asp.net core version:

I just need to have it converted to work with the new service fabric web project. It's entirely possible the asp.net core version will work with service fabric but I just need someone in the know to update it to such.

I can provide the files for the asp.net core version, there's two of them. One has all the features you see in the link above and the other is a lite version which is just a skeleton project. The skeleton project is the one that needs to be converted.
