Dot Net website enhancement - new functionality

Need the following enhancements to my dotnet marketplace site that has 3 user types: doctors, patients, admin. You can view the requirements in the shared google doc [login to view URL] 1) Login/Signup: See SLIDE 2 - Add facebook, google signup/login via API [get data on SLide 10] - Signup Wizard: SLIDE 3 - For Doc: in 6 stages in left nav [dashboard for doc see Slide 3, - patient profile [6 questions patient has to answer to show desired results- SLIDE 4, 5] 2) Integrate Agile CRM to our site [login to view URL] lead capture, signup forms, landing pages, commonly used functions - Simple email template 3) Doc & Patient Comment Flow [Slides 6,7,8] - - Capture fields in comment & Display on meter 4) Community Section. Add these types of Groups & functions: [like facebook] - Doc only groups [ask questions, share, research, discuss etc] - X docs can create group of Y patients [1:1, 1: many messages can be sent to members in this group] - Doc can refer patient to another doc [like add to care team] - X Docs can make a group for all patients 5) Matching Algorithm to display order of docs to display based on variables 6) Payment Module: we currently have paypal - Add Credit Card w/stripe marketplace connect payment gateway [login to view URL] [Slide 11] - Upgrade paypal Payflow TLS 1.2 endpoint upgrade[new] Please provide cost/time breakdown separately for EACH point separately.
