FTP upload and download using java(budget 50 usd max)

The goal of this program is to run scenarios of tests through Jsystem from everywhere. This will be done through a website for automation purpose. There will be dedicated stations with android devices ready and a daemon listening in each computer at the intranet waiting for commands through FTP. So the first task will be creating a daemon that listen in each computer and waits for the file to be send by the website, this file will contain: Station name, the xml (scenario that that station should run), Start or stop the scenario. The second task will be the website: Stations will send to the website a file that will contain: Station name, deviceIds, xmls available, state(Running or not). Website desing: The website will contain a line for each station (not per devices). Station name (String) deviceId (Drop menu) Devices amount connected (int) Start/Stop cycle Jsystem button Log Jsystem button PC status Ex: Jdrv96 Adf54698 2 Start button green color will show while nothing running, while running the cycle this button will show the option to stop in red color, if the pc isn’t ready to run, this will be in gray color View log of current test run Ready to run / Pc off/ No devices connected You can choose how the lines will appear at the website, when installing the daemon in the stations or adding them at the file that will be transfer, it just need to be clear so I can add as many stations as I need. The ftp will work with 2 main methods from java that I already implement. downloadFTPFile and uploadFTPFile, the code was sent already. You can host the website at any free hosting
