Using adruino with hx711 and load sensor

I'm trying to make a project that will allow me to power off a mag lock by placing an object of a specific weight on a load sensor. Using arduino uno, HX711 ADC Sensor Module, and a weight load cell. Right now I have the load cell properly reading any weight that I put onto it however I'm not sure how to make it create an output based on a specific amount of weight. I'd like to turn off the pin connected to a magnetic lock. I'd prefer if my code can be added to rather than get a new one. The following code is attached and I have the weight set in grams.
