Custom Tree Builder Software -- 2

I need a special tree node editor that can create, edit save and load a list of trees in a Json file. a tree node should contain two sets of children nodes that has string values. A string value of * indicates that the node is not a leaf node and should allow children to be added. A node has a type, value and any number of hints array that each contain a variable number of strings. What each tree node will look like in the editor is shown in the image attached. Please, specify the price you want to bid for. Don't change after I contact you. I am not interested in negotiating. The requirement is clear.
