I have a Google Sketchup cad drawing of a renovation that I am busy with, I did the design all myself. I require of someone to create an attic like roof truss system from standard wood beams that are available in South Africa. I will use the drawings to get sign-off by the standards authority in South Africa. Your drawings will be used for cost-analysis, procurement and installation. It is a straight forward pitched roof, but the trusses must leave space for an attic bedroom. The engineering analysis must advise if supporting walls are strong enough as well, they are existing walls, so ideally we need to analyse if they are strong enough for the new roof.

There are a lot of residential buildings, portal frame structures and special structures, multy-storey buildings, geotechnical structures etc. I could do this re-roofing for two days. the project will include all needed drawings and details to easy estimate and properly finish the construction works. I have designed lots of roof trusses of steel and wood both manually and using state of the art software such as sap2000 so that is not a problem. To analyze existing walls you have to tell me the condition of the wall and the material whether it is masonry or wood so than I can give you proper information that whether it will be feasible to construct roof truss or not. Looking forward to work with you :)
