I worked as an IT Service Desk Analyst for almost 2 years at CBRE, Inc., a real estate US-based company. As an IT Service Desk Analyst, I provide email and desktop remote access and support to business-clients based in Europe. I administer Active Directory, Exchange Server, Outlook, VPN, create user accounts, and reset passwords. I also address and resolve email incidents and requests.
I possess 4 years of experience as a technical and customer support in call center. As a technical support, I resolve issues relative to phone, internet, and TV services for US and Australian telecom companies like At&t, T-mobile, and Telstra. I also install anti-virus protection. I create tickets and escalate issues to higher level support.
I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science. I took up short courses in Cisco Certified Network Associate I and Information Security Analysis in the University of the Philippines.
I am a good listener and very courteous in dealing with clients on the phone. I have good communication skills in English.
