Only for Candidates from Pakistan, Preferably Females: We are seeking an agent for Customer Support position. This position does NOT involve Telemarketing or cold calling. We offer excellent opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home and earn. • You will be required to answer calls, emails and chats; Primary duties include: • Providing Customer Support for our clients on our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, twitter) • Assisting customers with their issues and/or responding to their inquiries • Making follow up outbound calls as needed • Responding to emails and live chat inquiries • Answering phone calls professionally You are a great fit if: • You have an interest or passion in beauty (skin care, makeup) industry • You can write and speak English and Urdu fluently • You can deliver excellent Customer Service • You have patience • You have a computer/laptop with good speed internet • You have good system handling and can work efficiently on computer / laptop (A plus if you can type in Urdu ) • You have proficiency in Microsoft (word, excel) • You are hardworking and looking for long term career job Monthly pay 15k PRK - - - We are looking for someone who can provide customer support at our social media platforms during the night shift. Timings are from 5pm to 1am.
