FREELANCERS FROM U.S. PLEASE BID. Help make a difference in the lives of many by joining our team at NationAid Foundation. We are looking for friendly representatives to be part of our records department team. This is a work from home position. This position is 6 days a week for 6 hours a day. You will work Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday; from time (8am - 2pm or 2pm - 8pm EST) Job Tasks: - Confirm Name and Address with Customer - Process Credit Card via Phone Payment System - Mark Orders to be Shipped in CRM Requirments: - Computer and Internet Access - Smart Phone or Soft Phone Use - Friendly People Skills on Phone - Fluent English / Native English Also include recording of attatched script for English verification: "Hi this is __ from the records department, I’m paid to make certain that we have everything correct. How are you doing today?" "And how much did you promise to donate to support the NationAid Foundation?"

We are a call center located nearshore Monterrey, Mexico, We handle inbound, outbound, blended, customer services, tech support, email and chat. Our agents are bilingual with great English with little to no accent. We dont require a minimum of agents, if you have a need for a call center let us know. Get a US call center experience with the price of an offshore call center.
