Telemarket for me

I am looking for team of 3+ telemarketers to provide telemarketing services for my company. We provide solar installations in 14 states, and with most major solar companies getting out of the telemarketing sales process in the US, we want to find those individuals and companies that have the experience generating solar appointments, but no venue to sell to. We pay 2x the industry average per appointment. You must have the following: 3+ agents who have 6 months appointment setting experience Must have automated dialer that makes at least 4 calls per minute Must be reliable and communicate effectively Campaign Metrics (2015 results over 470 seats) 1 Agent = 1.2 Appointments per day 70% of appointments are pitched (able to reach at appointed time or within 1 week) 20% of pitched appointments become deals. 1 Agent= 3.6 closed sales per month or $1,811 per month Equivalent to $10.65 per hour. Payment: We pay every 2 weeks, on the 5th and the 20th of each month by wire. Payment is calculated on closed sale from the 1-15th, paid on the 20th. FAQ: Why don't you pay per hour? We have over 20 years sales experience, and are looking for individuals and companies that are 100% confident in their ability to generate quality appointments. Those companies that have that confidence, will earn a substantial premium to a per hour payment basis for that quality. The campaign metrics are based on a 1 year average.
