Create an Animation

I am looking to have a 3 minute animated video to be produces, i have voice over and story board required for the animation. i am able to provide all the necessary requirements of the animation such as the artwork (all drawings and sketches) basically everything up to the animation process (as i am not an animator). Or maybe i will give you the Story board only then you will Do the artwork & the animation depend on your skills .
