Create an Animation

Im looking at getting a 3d animation done to advertise a game. The animation is set in the amazon jungle with a talking monkey. The dialogue will be supplied. the scene starts with a view over the jungle looking from a mountain, then zooms right in to the monkey on a branch of a tree. there is a background noise of jungle animals when "QUINN" the monkey says.."GUYS COME ON IM TRYING TO TALK HERE," YOU NOW THAT NOISE IS ONLY FOR THE TORISTS". Then the noises dies off and Quinn talks about the game. maybe adding other animals in the back ground that scurry away when Quinn starts to speak.
