Hello, i have been actively designing for a little over a year now and i believe i am able to deliver on this project. I however use Blender as opposed to Maya or 3Ds max but the result as just as good and the turn around time even better.

The ocean view can be best created using Vue xStream (Google it to see its prowess) It will then be imported in to Maya for final touches. -- Regards
