Hello, I'm a mechanical engineer with 2 years experience in RaceCar design. I can design the chassis whose pics you've attached. Since I've been involved with this design previously, I know where the weld points need to come, and where the buttresses are located. I'll generate the 3D CAD of this, followed by making of detailed 2D drawings of it. I'll add dimensional and geometric tolerances to the drawings so that it can directly be given to the draftsman for manufacturing. No changes will be necessary. I love doing this type of work. I drew a NASCAR Car of the Future frame from some rudimentary dimensions I found online in a PDF file. The GT40 is one of my all time favorite automobiles. I understand that a monocoque chassis is all sheet metal, and I have some experience with using sheet metal in Solidworks. I also have some surfacing experience.
