An Augmented Reality Animated/3D Futuristic Video

Looking for someone who can do a cheap and good quality animated video, my initial idea was to be made in Adobe Animate CC (Preferable in Adobe After Effects), but I am open for others ideas if you're using Adobe products (for rendering can be used any other software). This is for a youtube channel that I will create, I need that the character to be moving (examples: explaining things, I'd like to have a few different options like he's pointing to left, right, down or up, walking... And moving his mouth (like he were talking) no voice needed from you or background music...Only the animated character and environment. There's no time needed to the video be running, since I don't want the video produced (final stage), I want just the work/template you have made...With all the possible movements and actions of both character and environment effects! We might can be partners if your price is okay for me for each work, I will also request projects like the video above which you can see...At the moment I am looking for the range price, my budget is not fixed yet but the money I have at the moment is which I am giving in this project.
