We would like to create some animation for a Asian based insurance company One sample is like the following. [login to view URL] The questions and data to collect will be provided and the animations theme and characters need to be pre-agreed before the actual work. We work with a marketing agency to do the programming and only the animation is needed. The candidate should have experience in working with programmers.

Upon receiving all the information of the requirements of this project I would provide sketched character designs and look and feel for approval. The next phase would be to produce storyboards of each animated element required for this project for client approval. The final phase would be to deliver the animations in whichever format was required for the developers to work with. Subsequent to this there would possibly be some change requests or adjustments to the animations as the developers integrate them into the project. I have assumed from the link provided that a similar 2D hand-drawn style is required for this project and would be willing to provide a mood board of styles for the client to chose from, unless this is already part of the information pack to be provided.
