need to animate a cartoon which will be used as an overlay in my video productions. His name will be peter (attached as IMG-20140703-WA0005) he will be used as an overlay of videos such as the one of the children crossing (attached) he will be a lively animated icon at the corner of the screen occasionally walking form one end to the other as texts stroll beneath him i need you to create him and send all the model files so i can manipulate him to walk, clap, jump, smile etc
