I believe i can help you with this project; I usually work AutoCAD and sketchup with renders in vray, this means I can give you a very good end result in little timeframe, I've a lot of experience modelling from furniture to entire buildings, so I understand how a CAD floor plan should be done, how to properly model a 3D and light usage, quality materials and render options (like the camera) in vray, also, I'm an architect so I'm qualified in understanding any plan you provide to work from, and commited to assist you in any particular view or expression of the final product. As an architect I also have a lot of experience using Sketchup to model a 3D topography, so I already realized the only way to master the sandbox of google sketchup is to use other free plugins to model terrains and then adapt them to whatever is needed.
