Autocad Specialist and 3D Specialist

I have always had a fascination with houses. I am looking to get into development of houses, please note i have never done this before I want to wireframe and design potential houses and see what i can do to rearrange it, modernise it, and split it I will probably have to design 5 or 10 different potential houses before I bid and buy one. But since I am not a visual guy I need the help of an architect, that can work with me on Autocad and Revit and 3D to give me exactly what i want. Only if I like the designs will i try and bid on the house. The chances are that I will not be successful but i expect to be successful on one out of every 10 bids, so i am expecting to go through this exercise 10 times. I will be doing this all through freelancer, so hopefully I can just work with the same person all the time. There will be a lot of toing and froing in this exercise, so the winning architect has to be very patient. I want a complete designed house down to the finest details including measurements and interiors so that I can really visualise it. There will be alot of going forward and backwards. Your attention to detail must be awesome, and you must be a residential building architect. You always need to be able to work very fast and turn around things pretty quickly based on feedback. Please do not bid unless you are an architect and can show me exact detail the entire house. We will keep going to and fro, so this is going to be an exercise that will require patience from you to me. You will have to take into account houses in the area and build something similar. Prior to accepting, i will want to see examples of your work before i accept Please note do not bid on this project unless you are willing to complete it 100% to my satisfaction. You must agree to this or do not waste each others time. There will be a lot of toing and froing. Every measurement for everything will have to be thought out. There will be no milestone payments, only payment at end of completed project. And if you do a good job, and i dont succeed in my bid, then i will want you to turn around the next potential site that i am considering. The first one is a split level apartment that i want to redesign into 2 apartments. 3D visuals with details are very important too All the potential apartments i will be looking at will be in Scotland.
