This is my forth year in Architectural engineering school. I have good experience with 3D and 2D drafting in addition to working drawings, thus I believe I will be able to deliver the job with high quality and in minimal time.

I've been working with AutoCAD for 8 years yet I don't use it as much anymore because new amazing programs like REVIT and archiCAD have come up to be the fastest and most effective way to work. For rendering I've been using 3DSmax + Vray as a main render motor given the amazing results it presents, in some cases when deadlines are tight i'll use Lumion for real time rendering.

This can be done in 1-2 days depending on how many parts. I have Maya and 3DSMAX availble as well as Sketchup
