Required: -Autocad plans for construction use -3D rendering for marketing purposes -3D walkthrough for video marketing purposes The plans must show the entire building, interior and exterior, and include a landscaping scheme. Building Specifications: -The total building should be no more than 15,000 square feet in base size. -The building should have from 40-60 units The first Floor of the Building Must have: -3 rental retail spots -3 rental medical/clinic spots -gymnasium with 2 squash courts Unit Description The plan should have unit with sizes of: -900 square feet minimum unit size -1800 square feet maximum unit size All units must have: -master bedroom en-suite bathroom with standing shower, sink, and toilet -master bedroom walk-in closet -secondary full bathroom with tub, sink, and toilet -walkout porch -all appliances (dishwasher, fridge, stove, microwave) The design is to be interesting, but modest to fit the Canadian market. Preference given to Adirondak/Mountain Resort Style buildings. The photo attached is to show the general size and outline (we would like the building to be between 6-12 floors/stories at highest point).
