Make gbXML model of a house with Sketchup and Gmodeller

I am looking for a freelancer experienced with Sketchup and Gmodeller ([login to view URL]), able to modelize a house in 3D and entering the thickness/density/conductivity values for all elements of the building envelope. We provide 2D drawings of the house with annotations showing the heated/non-heated spaces, as well as a library with the thickness/density/conductivity data of the building materials referenced in the drawings. The expected deliverable is the gbXML export made with Gmodeller. A gbXML model is much simpler than an architectural model, since all elements are drawn as lines, without thickness. The aim is to modelize the building envelope, in order to perform an analysis of the heat losses. Each model takes about 8 to 10 hours work. We plan to have 1 or 2 models per month on average. In a second step we may optionally ask for some projects to realize as well a full 3D architectural model of the house.
