Need 5 low poly plants/trees modelled, UVed and textured

If you have modeled trees before let me know. I keep hiring modelers and they all struggle to make trees look good. Warning I may be very picky, they need to be low poly and also need to look as close to the photo references as possible. The trees I need modeled are: Banana Tree, Dragonfruit Tree, Wheat Bush, Date Palm Tree, Papaya Tree, UVs mapped and textured (not detailed hand painted textures, I'm going to need to paint over them myself later, so just simple textures I can use as a guideline). Please say 'Orange Soda' In your proposal so I know you actually read the instructions. I also need to open them in Maya 2015 in an fbx format, so if you are using blender you need to have knowledge of how to make the files compatible (sometimes I get files with missing UVs, wrong scale etc.) You will also need to sign an NDA, and don't try to resell me stock models, I'm also a modeller and I will know. And please make sure your bid is accurate if you change the price later I most likely won't be able to afford it, so no point in trying to increase and renegotiate the price after I contact you. Just be honest thanks :D
