I have got two apartment buildings for which I need only One rendered image each as this is our initial meeting. We will be giving you the sketchup file with complete modelling along with textures, finishes and our requests along with the reference image to give you kind of look we are expecting. We will be sharing the file with only shortlisted candidates. Please do share your portfolio of renderings for residential apartment buildings with us so that we can evaluate your work. We will need very quick turnaround time for the said work, about 2 or 3 days. Kindly quote for the work with your fee and timeline to finish. We will share the details by tomorrow. If we like you work and we work together this time then we will be working with you fir the future revisions which will be 2 stages (for pay and not free). We are very clear with our requirement so do check the two sample reference Image which correspond to the two buildings which we will be providing you for rendering. Reference Image 1 for Building 1 and Reference Image 2 for Building 2.

I'm new in freelancer but i have 10 years of experience modeling texturing and rendering, you can checkout my portafolio, very good quality in matter of hours, also i'm an architect and i know how to sell an image by compositing and postproduction the final image, each image has the dedication that's needed to sell the project, you will have all the corrections you want till the final date or the final image is completely approved. The best way to start de job is that you send me all the information, i start with the modeling in 3Ds Max 2015, then the texturing making real texturing with Photoshop, next rendering with Vray and finally postproduction with Photoshop, I will deliver the final images in JPG format, size tabloide RGB at 150 DPI, or if you have other requirements just let me know.
