Translation from English to Japanese

We have 6000 words and 6000 phrases (about 40,000 words total) that has been machine (google) translated. We need the translation checked and corrected if necessary. Attached file shows a sample of the translation. Before any bids will be accepted the attached file must be corrected and submitted along with your bid. We will be doing a 3rd party audit all work to confirm its accuracy.
1. Download the attached Excel file.
2. Make any corrections necessary second language portion of the text.
3. Review and correct, if necessary, the choice of verbs for each particular phrase.
4. Indicate all changes by either change of color in text or change of highlight on cell.
If you are bidding on multiple languages please indicate this in an email.
