Build an interactive virtual reality classroom that leverages Google Cardboard

We are looking for an experienced mobile developer to develop and deliver an Android and/or iOS app that is meant to leverage virtual reality features. The app is to be built for Google Cardboard and is meant to provide the user the ability to explore an interactive virtual classroom and learn new languages. Content for language is stored in sqlite database. Database has a collection of words/phrases with their translation, transliteration and virtual address of sound files. The project is highly sensitive so we will provide more details once we receive some bids. We are looking for experienced developers who have developed virtual reality and augmented reality apps, preferably also experience with Google Cardboard.
